Adak only makes one size. Fits up to large bodied 10x42 or small bodied 10x50. I have 7x42 and there was plenty of room.

How does it handle the weight? Does it seem to ride up on the back of your neck? Thanks.

It has so many adjustment straps that it handles the weight very well, and does not ride up at all. It's very solid once you get it adjusted to whatever clothing you are wearing. I'm 70, and just started using binos and I cant get used to having a harness on my chest. I would rather carry them in a backpack and take them out once I'm on stand. Hope that helps.
