If you can find a Marlin 880-SQ I would go with that one. Good gun right there. I have had one for 25 years. Still shoots like the day I bought it.

I added a green mountain barrel to a standard 10/22, spent a little time trying ammo and am happy with .5” groups at 50 yds aguila ammo
