Maybe but it comes to full stop when it hits the SC state line....we don't even have motorcycle helmet laws....

It's simple totalitarian philosophy if you don't have guns or body armor you must rely on the government for protection.

Body armor is only one issue, they are also wanting gun owners to have liability insurance.
