Just saw this YT video after having picked up 500 rounds of this stuff in my last shipment of TMKs to try it out. Anyone one here seeing pressure issues with it? I shot a box of it last weekend and saw pretty mediocre accuracy, but didn’t notice any sticky bolt lifts and frankly didn’t look at the brass.

No pressure. Its slow as molasses.

2580fps in my 18" barrel and it drops like a rock.

I'll find out soon. Bought 1000 rds for a prairie dog hunt at the end of the month. I'll be zeroing this weekend and making my dope card.

I've shot around 2000 rounds with no issues. They shoot great out of my Tikka. I built an AR for a guy, and it hated them. But shot the aac 75 gr bthp great.

Appreciate the responses. I’ve shot quite a bit of the AAC TMKs and Black Tips, and none of them seemed to be loaded all that hot. So I was surprised to see this video talking about high pressures blowing up guns and suppressors. All of these results seem more likely to be explained by firing a second round after a squib than by high pressure ammo.

I've fired roughly 1,300 out of my Tikka. The only issues I had were some primers failed to detonate. I'd say 5ish out of that 1,300 (all of those in really cold temps-not sure if that is relevant). My Tikka seems to love them, but my 1:7 5.56 AR doesn't seem to like them. My Tikka shot them at 2715 fps., which seems fine and not overpressure to me.

I wasn't aware of any issues they were having. I'd guess 10s of 1,000s have been shot at S2HU and if there were seeing problems, they wouldn't recommend them.

It does seem like they have a new SKU for a lower velocity 77 AAC. Maybe that's related to the problems reported?

Yea I was about to pull the trigger until I saw all the reviews on the newer batch. seems like they switched something up not for the better. the cannulure 75 BTHP should be a fine pivot out of a bolt tikka right?

The 75's were good to go in my Tikka. And if I recall correctly, they had less drop than the 77's out to 500 yds.

Some of these videos are just for clicks and views.

No pressure issues but speeds 2489ish out of 16" barrel and accuracy is crap. I know its the ammo not the gun as the same gone shoots black hills extremely well.

100% clickbait

10,000+ rounds of 77s and 10,000+ rounds of 75 grainers through my 223

LOTS of AAC ammo shot at the S2H Classes, no issues.
Hey Ryan, would you recommend the AAC 75/77 or the ADI 69 SMK’s above one or the other for a S2H course?

There has been some upper level employee turnover at PSA. One is an acquaintance, that I shoot with often. He was involved with ammo production and QC has suffered as a result. Last I bought was slow and had huge extreme spreads.
