2001, bought Kenmore's ulta huge tub washer and a medium dryer -- fantastic ---- 2009, got married, wife loved her "new" front loaders -- sold my Kenmores (uuuuuuggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh) 2017, finally, finally, finally got rid of that front loader crapola and got a Maytag "supposedly" with an agitator, yeah, nope ---- didn't really wash clothes of someone that works outside. "I'm retired, I work outside a lot." 2023, finally talked the wife into speed queen --------- Rokslide, you need this washer ---- No frills, no fancy buttons --- NO LID LOCK, read that again No Lid Lock junk to go wrong ---- 35 minutes from start of wash to end ----- It actually used water !!!!!!!!! fantastic agitator --- We use mesh bags for delicates and my merino stuff. The dryer isn't as good as the Maytag, but the wife wanted the same color washer and dryer, so......
