Trade my 100 rounds of 9mm ammo for your 12 gauge shells so I can shoot some sporting clays. I'm in Grand Junction and I'd prefer local to avoid shipping expenses. I'm thinking 100 rounds of 9mm for 200 shot shells.

Have you checked your Walmart’s? I can hit a couple around here in Arkansas and pick up a couple cases of them. Did it just the other day to shoot some sporting clays myself.

Yeah, I've been dropping by walmart, cabelas, sportsmans and Murdoch's every couple days but no luck the last month or so. I did get my last supply from walmart but that was a while ago and they haven't had any more in stock that I can tell. It's tough out here.

I haven't looked at shotgun shell pricing recently, but before Covid average price for a box of 25 sporting clay shells was ~$6-$7.......so $.24-.28/shell. 9mm was right around $.20/round. Have shotgun shells not gone up at all during the ammo demand?

Shotgun shells are $ .35-.40/rnd and 9mm is $.55 -.75

Federal has 12ga topgun for $10.99 but itll likely take about 2 weeks to get delivered

I assume it varies depending on where you live. Here the 9mm is virtually not available anywhere locally, so its online only. With shipping I've been getting 9mm it for about $0.5/round. Shotgun shells have been available somewhat frequently at sportsmans, walmart, cabelas and Murdoch's for regular pre-covid price. Just over 3 weeks ago bought two 100 rounds packs of federal top gun for $23.99. It was a two box limit or I would have bought a lot more.

Anyhow, that's how I figured the approximate trade. Maybe other places have different prices or availability, idk.

Plus 12.00 to ship. And that's 10.99 per box of 25. I picked up some of the Remington 9mm a couple of weeks ago for 16.99.

I picked up 9mm and shotgun shells at academy sports yesterday. The 9mm was 100 for $34 and the box of 12ga shotgun shells was $7.00. if you have one close I'd check there.

Woot woot! Scored 200 rounds of Winchester shotshells today for $23.74 per 100. Just happened to hit walmart at the right time. That's just under $0.24/shell. Heading to the clays course this coming weekend!
