1999 Northland 11.5' Cabover truck camper.

My parents bought this new, it was stored inside until about 1 year ago. It was fully loaded for the year.
Its in excellent shape.

Smooth siding, A/c all appliances work.
Electric Jacks
Needs a battery, and the generator needs a circuit board and has been removed.
New 4" Memory foam queen mattress.
Rubber roof.
Have a cover.
Awning on rear.
No current leaks or water damage to my knowledge.
I'm not much of a camper guy so feel free to ask questions.

Those are really nice campers. It should have a rubber roof. And in the picture with the back door there is an oval door underneath it. On the camper we had that door opens and there is a sliding drawer that went under the camper. It was long enough to hold 8' fishing poles. They are a stout built frame. Pretty good buy for that price also. Good luck on your sale.
