WTB 8x32 (ish) binos for 8/10 yo

I am bringing my 8 and 10 yo kids on my elk hunt for the first time next season. They are pretty focused and responsible for their age and have sharp eyes glassing... but we only have two pairs of bins in the house.

I'm looking for something 8x in a smaller than 42mm package for weight reasons. looking for something for a few hundred, not alpha glass but not bottom barrel trash.

What do you have??

I have a pair of the Kowa's - I like them quite a bit.

You also can get refurbished Nikon M7 8x30 w/ a 2-yr. warranty from Focus Camera on Ebay for $300.

Yep, Kowa, Vortex or Athlon all have 8x42 or similar for under $200 new. Our kid has a pair of Kowa. No crying if they get beat up.

FWIW, the Maven B3 8x30's are incredible for their weight and price point.
