.75 HP Grinder Recommendation - LEM #12 or Cabelas Carnivore?

I’ve ran the LEM 22 with the 1HP the last 2 seasons. I don’t know how I managed with my old one for so long.

We pretty much use LEM products exclusively and have never had any issues. We process a 200-300 lbs a year on average and couldn't be happier.
