700 action torque specs

I have a new trigger tech that I want to install in a Remington 700 LVSF. What should the torque be on the action screws and the trigger guard screw? Have seen anything from 30-60 in-lbs.

I have a M700 action in an HS Precision stock. I torque to 65 in/lbs

 

[Wapiti1]

Wood and plastic is 45 in/lbs both screws.

Pillar bedded and aluminum bedding block is 65 in/lbs front, 45 in/lbs rear.
