7 Saum powder selection

Is anyone getting results with N565, Retumbo, N570 in shorter barrels with 180’s?
I’ve got a 20” 7 SAUM shooting a 180 ELDM at 2805 with 63.5g of H1000. This was a middle charge load that was the most accurate. Would love to see if any of the above listed powders might gain a little more speed.

I have a 20” 7 saum in a medium action. I’m shooting 180 Berger hybirds at 2880 with 65 grains of 565.

Thanks. I’ve got a good N560 and 175 eldx load. I’d like to try N565. I’ve been happy with all of the that line of V powders.

2805+ with a 20" seems like pretty good speed to me. I woudn't expect much faster unless you're going RL26 or maybe n560.

A few 64ish gr h1000 firings behind 175 ELDs = clickers on ADG brass for me in a 0.200" freebore chamber.

I am happy with the speed for sure. I've played the clicker game and swelling at the .200 line for a while and I'm NOT interested in flirting that line with my next batch of ADG brass. The accuracy H1000 is giving me is excellent with 63 through 64 grains so I'm not tying to get wild here.

Thanks for your response!

I've heard folks mentioning mixed results with more recent ADG 7 SAUM brass lots. The stuff I have is from the first run that ADG made still. I had good results with norma SAUM brass necked to 6.5 in the past. I think i'd rather deal with loose primer pockets in 6 firings than sticky bolt lift. Anyone else come to similar conclusions?
