They ran out of RL26, and switched to H1000. Long Range Only did a video on it and matched the powders from older and newer lots.

Hadn't heard that, but the LRO video was from 2023. I wonder if they made another change because of the slow mv's people have been reporting since 2023?

I just purchased the Carbon Crest but haven't shot it yet. I do plan to reload and hope to increase the recently posted velocities.

Just picked up a wilderness sierra in 7 PRC and so far it’s shot good. Only had it since last Wednesday and have only put 45 rounds down range but it’ll do 10 shots around 1.25”-1.5” which is good enough for me or should I say my wife.

I have the B14 Crest in 7 PRC. The factory Hornady ELDX shoots consistently 1/2 MOA. However, the speed is a lethargic 2788fps.

What was the break in to get groups like that out of factory ammo. I just recently picked one up but haven’t had time to shoot it yet. Currently debating on what glass to put on it.
