6mm Berger 120 LRHT

Too much noise

Iv also never owned Lapua bolt face rifle. So I can’t say I know
I’m retired from the Lapua bolt face game 😞. I decided I’ll never need more than a long action magnum…. Probably lol

Looks like these are going to line up with the 116gr TMK data.

6mm Creedmoor:

120gr LRHT 44gr H4381SC is 2700fps 16” barrel 2.800”

116gr TMK 44gr H4381SC is 2700fps 16” barrel 2.800”

Drops are .1mil higher due to BC.

How’d they shoot?
They're fine.

Gun is zeroed for 112 match burner. 16" bbl. 1:7.5" 2000 DA today.

That's average shooting for me. Hot and distracted.

I'll save a 20-40 to shoot some deer. I only bought 100.

44gr H4831sc is the end of the road for 6mm Creedmoor.

I loaded these at 44.5gr. Shot great but too hot.

Great velocity in that barrel though
Yeah, I bet I can get that same velocity without pressure with H4350 but I just don't like the case fill and punchiness with that powder so I've been in a groove with H4381SC.

These things are slippery enough that it seems like all it's going to take to get Quick Drop to 600 yards at sea level is 2675fps.

Our DA probably won't be back to 0 until October or November.
