There's nothing magic about the wrapper (6 ARC and a gasser), you're still delivering a 6mm bullet at "X" impact velocity. If your system will keep the projectiles your interested in at or above their minimum effective impact velocities at the longest you plan to shoot...party on.

Check out the 6mm thread here if you haven't. You can extrapolate from these results even if someone is shooting a totally different chambering, impact velocity not initial velocity is what matters:
