pretty much the standard description for all listings of 2nds. I honestly wouldnt read too far into it.

Graphic looks like a Hornady model so Sub X is a good guess. Subsonic 6 ARC doesn't check any boxes for me but maybe it does for others.

Also reminds me of the ECX but since the ECX is lead free it can't be that. Maybe a lead version of the ECX?
