22 creedmoor factory loaded horanady superformance 65 grain cx any good for deer? No farther than a 300 yard shot, most likely 100-200 yard shots, just wanna hear thoughts I have no clue how good they shoot out of my rifle or anything like that. It's most likely what ever shoots best out of my gun will be what I choose, but I wanna know everybody's opinion on this bullet Incase it's the most accurate out of the 5 bullet/cartridge options I have. Tia!!

Keep it above 2000fps, shoot for 2200 as a minimum and it'll smash em. I prefer something softer, but modern monos at high speeds get the job done well. Don't worry about the weight as much with monos. They behave like a heavier cup and core in their respective caliber.

^^^^^^

And typically leave 2 holes. I’ve had better accuracy with Barnes TTSX, but was able to pick up cases of Hornady CX ammo in .223 for like $3 a box a few years back. I leave the AR mags stacked with it for hogs/ coyotes/ other critters of interest.
