I have been running a heavy dose of R22 in my swede for a bit but due to the temp stability I decided to try Staball6.5. Results thus far are impressive. Your mileage may very and if you go this route start low and work up. I know the limits of this rifle. This was my 1st run and while the best two groups were at the lower end of the loads I plan to work around the 48.0 +- area to see if I can find a node. Would have been nice to run 5 shot groups but just wasn't practical for this run.

No pressure signs at all through 48.5 grains. Based on my calculations 49.0 to 50.0 should start to show signs as pressure should be getting above the 62k psi mark. Honestly I don’t see much of a reason going above 48.5. The swede continues to impress me with what it can do. I hope this information helps some of you Swede fanatics or someone trying the Swede out. Remember work up on your load development and do not take this information as truth for you rifle.
