6.5CM twist rate

I have been looking for a rifle for a little while now. I have my eye on the X-Bolt hells canyon Speed, or the hells canyon long range, or the western hunter long range. I am curious to know what everyone thinks about twist rate. The 2 long range models have a 1:7 twist and the speed has a 1:8. Would it be more beneficial for me to get the faster twist in case I want to load some heavier rounds? Will the pressure created from the powder and pressure from the heavier round effect barrel life?
Any opinions on this would be helpful. It’s looking like I will need to have a shop order it so I want to get as much info as I can.

I have a 1:8 and no problem stabilizing 147 eldm. Unless your planning to shoot comps the bbl will be fine either way their like tire just replace it with a better one when shot out
