I’ve had some success with this powder, but not like I did today. I was curious about the 130 TMK’s since quite a few people have good results with 129gr ABLR bullets.

I loaded these longer than the 2.260 listed and went 2.800. Speed is close to my 120gr Nosler BT with 28gr of tac.

The other speed surprise was 123 SST’s with a good dose of Leverevolution. Over 2500fps at a 2.290” OAL from an 18.5” barrel. Seems the longer length is helping with LVR powder.

I’m happy that the 130 TMK’s can both be used in the Creedmoor and the Grendel.

LVR is often the speed king for the Grendel. Are these loads for a bolt gun? I'm assuming so given your listed COALs.

Try some CFE 223 with the 120 or 120 ELDM, shoot like a laser with good speed. Range was at camp so only 70 yards but they’re solid. 31.0 grains in Howa.

I have a 120eldm load built running 2,507fps from my 18.5” barrel. The heavier the projectile the better cfe223/lvr seem to perform for me.View attachment 917343
I’ve been trying TAC in my 6.5G gas gun with a new 20” Faxon barrel. Did 26.5-27.5 gr with speeds from 2350 to 2410 and five shot groups at 100 from 0.8 to 1.1… 123 BTHP nothing jumped out as exciting. Going to try some more CFE 30.5 looked good. Limited to mag length of course.
