I also prefer it to the jelly fish for a rear rest, need to try the jelly fish as front rest on the pack as the molinator is usually a little tall

This is where I ended up after I posted those first pics. I tossed the jellyfish up on the ammo can and used the new bag as a rear. A light bulb simultaneously came on somewhere too.

Nothing functional that I’ve noticed so far, just aesthetic and seems (may or may not be) more sturdy . Uses the same material as main body to make the strap and feels better on the back of the hand when shooting.

For what it’s worth, I really like the waxed canvas material.
