4 mil chamber vac bags/rolls in Canada.

Hi there.

Just picked up a VacMaster VP215 and having tough time tracking down 4 or 5 mill bags and rolls in Canada. Anyone have a link they could pass along.

Also, maybe a stupid question. I see lots of roll widths are 11”, anyone try running an 11” width bag or roll in a VM 215, literature says max bag with is 10”.

11" will not work in the 215. I have a 215 and sincerely wish I had gone with the 230 with the 12" bar. Can you order from the US? Vacuumsealers Unlimited is where I get all my bags from. They often have free shipping on various bags. I generally buy 1000 bag lots.

Shipping is a bit of a killer these days but will look into it a bit more.

I picked up the 215 used for really cheap, will keep any eye out for the 230 and sell this one.

Don’t skimp on bag size. Trying to stuff too much meat into a small bag creates headaches when sealing. It wrinkles the bag and you don’t get a good seal.

I have personal experience with buying from them. They don’t really do tracking information last I remember and the package just showed up. Took a little while to ship.

Price is in USD but they ship out of the Lower mainland (van area)

Been happy with their 5 mil bags for my vp235
IMO stick with 5 mil for everything skip the 4mil all together.
