My dad shot this cryptorchid buck in Colorado late season. Only a 2x3 but still a really wide and tall buck.

2023 Colorado 3x3

My best friend passed away 2 days before this hunt, and I decided to take his Model 70 Supergrade 30-06. Biggest bodied deer I’ve ever killed, and wound up being the biggest deer we saw that week. I flew back from the trip and barely made it in time for his memorial service. Always be a special deer to me!
