35 whelen

Any manufacturers make a 20 inch or so threaded 35 whelen? Looks like Ruger has an offering through Lipsey’s but it’s not threaded.

Probably going to have to get one threaded..... I'd say there's not much call for a suppressor on the Whelen. Though the CVA single shot is shorter than most bolt action rifles and still has a 22" threaded barrel.

Cva has been promising the Cascade XT in 35 Whelen with a 24" , 5/8-24 threaded barrel. They announced it some time ago but have bumped the release back several times. Last I'd heard was first quarter of 2026.

I saw they may release that ask well. I saw Ruger has been releasing short barrel Hawkeyes and was hopeful they would offer up a shorty in this cartridge
