Not sure if they are constructed the same but I killed a bull moose with a ELD X 200gr centerfire bullet. I would not hesitate to use it and plan to if I ever draw a tag again🙄. They are very accurate out of my Knight UL.

I’m wondering field results as well. I just got back from CO but did not get to try them on an elk.

I've harvested several ELK with the Hornady 350 gr FBP in my Knight 50.cal MZ they go down hard and fast .The bullet looks fairly close to me . from the pictures I've seen.

Hornady 340gr .50cal ELD-X Bore Driver

A quick search came up with this. Other posts on modernmuzzleloader talk about how they might be a little soft for close shots.
Last elk I harvested with my Ultra lite was at 144 yards from bullet on opposite side against hide 350 gr Hornady FPB found 259 grains of it 80 gr 3f trip7 ,Because of Oregon laws for mz elk I pulled the Polymere tip . The group I hunt with have taken over 10 elk using the 350gr Hornady FPB using 70 to 90 gr of 3f triple7
