300wsm 205 Berger powder ? Help

I have some 205 Berger elite hunters and I would like to know what powders you recommend for that grain weight in the 300 wsm. I have some h4350 but I’ve heard that’s best for around the 180g weight

Same for me in a 24” stock Tikka Superlite barrel. 2760 fps muzzle is where mine wanted to shoot.

a little late to the party... do you mind saying what coal and how far to the lands? and what barrel? i want to do this with a tikka action and proof prefit carbon 24". thanks!

I’d have to check coal but I load them 17 thousandths off the lands, 40 thousandths of neck tension, Bartlein 23.5” carbon wrapped barrel on a Defiance Anti-X. Hope that helps!

Forgot to mention… 21” Tikka T3x

Only kill so far was a large boar hog at about 100 yards. Bullet fragmented and did not exit. Hog never took a step - like a grenade went off inside of him.

I use IMR 4350 with fantastic results. Very close if not the same as H4350

for those that may seat with a rcbs matchmaster seating die, use the OEM stem or something else, with the berger 205's?
