Upper was squared by the gunsmith that cerakoted it. 14.5 with pinned muzzle device Rainier Arms barrel. Pistol length gas system. Anchor Harvey uses the split "A" that's on the upper. AR Stiner BCG. Sig Romeo MSR. Don't recall the Hand Guard manufacturer.
