300 wsm

As for the 300 wsm. I have a 22"Ace barreled Tikka from Unknown. Im shooting 212 eldx with 66.2 grains of N560. Im only getting about 2725 for velocity, before I ran into some pressure.

Seems a little slow to be getting pressure signs doesnt it? Is it just sticky bolt lift? I wouldn't think 570 would be the answer in a 300 wsm but i've been wrong before.

Extractor marks, so i backed off .5 grains. Case isn't full. Load dev was done on a brand new barrel with new brass, so I think next go around I should be able to get some more out of it. And it shot good, so I left it!

oh, ok. Ive only used norma and Nosler (by norma) wsm brass and it shows ejector stamps pretty easy but it's run smooth still. If you're using ADG it might be more meaningful.

New to reloading starting from starch. I have reloaded round that other have found the load for me

This gun will be for nrl hunter and targets

Looking at either the 215 hybrids or 185 juggernauts

Adg 300 wsm brass cci br2

I would shoot something else for NRL Hunter. I see above you mentioned you have a 6.5 CM. That's a much better choice.

For 300 WSM, I load 215 Bergers over R26 and have had really good results.

I hardly ever shoot that rifle anymore, though, because I have learned that lighter recoil is much better for my hit rate.
