Rifle weighs around 7lbs without scope and rings
Built by Dale Hegstrom of Little Crow Gunworks. He’s been building hunting to F class rifles for around 35 years.
Your FFL must accept from a private seller and provide me a copy of his FFL.
Includes 2 sets of 30mm Talley rings.
Complete rifle will ship in a hard case. Barreled action will not.

I believe it’s the micro brake with 1/2-32.
