That’s what I switched to. Groups were good but ES was like 45-50. That was with H1000 and the 225. I’m going to load a few of Retumbo and RL26 next. One of these possibly may be better. H1000 is very finicky for me. Only my older 257 Weatherby liked that powder. I got rid of it and have around 11lbs of it lol.I need to load up ~100 rounds of 300 PRC with 225 g ELD-M for a last-minute hunt. Enough to zero, get DOPE, build/verify range card, and go hunt with some extras.
I don't have enough Retumbo or H1000 to do it without placing an online order and waiting.
I've got plenty of H4350, H4831SC, and Big Game.
I don't need max velocity just some good, safe, medium loads to be able to do this hunt.
Thanks

I won’t sell all 11 but I can definitely sell 3-4 lbs tops. Message me if you’d like. And no. Those seem too fast of a powder for that caliber.Wanna sell those 11# by chance?
Have you loaded any of the powders I've go handy yet?
You’ll get tons of answers. I would pick what you want and go from there honestly. I only have experience with Lapua, Hornady, Starline, Norma and Nosler. I’ve had good results with all and using with multiple calibers. I use Lapua for the most part. But I use Starline for my 6.8SPC and it’s very very consistent. I actually wouldn’t mind finding some to try for a 300 PRC or my 6.5PRC. No experience with that bullet. Only Berger 212s and now working with 225 ELDM for the 300 PRC.Has any body tried and berger 220 hybrid and what brass is best for the 300 prc
You know why everyone compares their brass to Lapua, right?Has any body tried and berger 220 hybrid and what brass is best for the 300 prc
How many grains of N570 were you using?Berger 245gr over Vin N570. It’s shooting exceptionally well out of my 300 prc with a 26” barrel getting 2950 fps. It’s a heavy rifle with a good muzzle brake, so recoil isn’t bad. I don’t think I would shoot this load in a light weight rifle though.
I sent you a PM.How many grains of N570 were you using?
