300 prc mag options

Looking for mags for my 300 prc
My current aics mags gouge my brass and don’t feed smoothly. Haven’t tried to adjust them yet. But was looking to try polymer mags.

There is not polymer mags available, but have been doing reading on sniperhide and seen one person mention filing down 300 wm CIP poly mags .050.

Has anyone tried this?

That mags from XLR are accurate mags

You could try an MDT 300 WM poly CIP mag. They are limited in internal OAL though. You could try to carefully file some of the material away to get a little more clearance.

I’d try filing/sanding the feed lips of your current magazine. They are also pretty easy to fine tune with some pliers.

I understand, and what I’m trying to convey is that the Accurate mag 300 RUM with 3.850” overall length might fix your issue. That’s what I use for my 300 PRC and they run flawless. What is the overall internal length on the mags you are running now?
