I have for sale a 30 Nosler chambered by Dan's Custom Guns and throated for the Berger 215 grain Hybrid bullet. It comes with the following specs.

30 Nosler by Dan's Custom Guns

--Hardy Carbon Wrapped barrel, 1-10 twist, 26" finish length, threaded 5/8x24 chambered by Dan's Custom Guns for optimal length of the Berger 215 grain Hybrid.
--Wildcall Custom Receiver built by Thompson Precision. Honestly, this is one of the nicest custom receivers I have owned. It is simple, smooth, and the machining is top notch. I would put this receiver up there with Defiance, Bighorn, or any of the top end custom receivers
--Murphy Precision custom picatinny rail with 20 moa taper
--McMillan A3 sporter stock, 13.5" LOP, Bipod stud in front and rear in Black, gray, and light gray with barreled action pillar bedded to stock
--Atlasworx AI style DBM. I really like this DBM system. It takes any of your AICS long action style magazines but has a very clever mag release that does not catch on things or get in the way
--Curtis Custom 3 round magazine. Super smooth feeding!
--Timney Calvin Elite trigger, single stage, set at a very crisp 2 lbs
--Muzzle Brakes and More 2 piece, self timed Beast brake, 4 port. Very effective!!! Makes this potent round very mellow to shoot.
--50 count 30 Nosler brass, 40 new and unfired, 10 once fired
--Redding FL bushing die set. Does not include the bushing.

This is a western hunters dream rifle with all the right components built by the right gunsmith who has done a lot of research and development on the 30 Nosler. It comes in at 8 lbs as you see it which is a pretty ideal weight for long range hunting in my opinion. It is very pleasant to shoot despite having so much power. I just don't have time to shoot right now and won't have time to hunt for a few more years, so it is up for sale. I have only shot this rifle a total of 10 times. I threw together some loads with 88.0 up to 88.5 grains of Re33. It shot right at 2950 fps with the 88.5 grain load. This was a very mild load with no pressure signs and effortless ejection. You can read all about load development for this round at Longrangeonly.com where Broz has done a lot of load development on the 30 Nosler. I believe this rifle is throated the same as the rifle he did the load development on. Dan's Custom Guns chambered his rifle, and they developed this throat in that process. Hardy carbon-wrapped barrels are a work of art and one of the best if not the best carbon wrapped barrels available. The Kiwis have carbon wrapped barrels figured out!

I was mostly testing for velocity and pressure, but with virgin brass and no load development at all, it was able to print a 1/2 moa group no problem. This rifle will be an absolute accurate hammer with just a little fine tuning. I have had the rifle complete now for about 6 months and have only managed to slip away for a few minutes to put 10 rounds down the tube. It's time to pass it on to someone who will enjoy it and use it!

RIFLE IS SOLD PENDING FUNDS!
