30 cal 175 tmk performance on game?

I'm curious as to how the 30 cal 175 grain tmk performs on big game like deer hogs elk etc. at impact velocities under 2600 fps.

I've seen ballistic gel tests and it looks devastating but I'm curious about real world results.

Any pics/hunt reports would be much appreciated.

No personal experience with .30 175 TMKs, but Form and several others have posted photos of results on actual animals of similar weighted tipped match bullets in several threads. "Devastating" would be an understatement. It was enough for me to conclude I wouldn't personally use them on any game I wanted to keep the meat from. Especially with something like deer, where a small miss can take out a whole shoulder or most of a backstrap with mangled bloodshot. The flip side, is that is also part of why the smaller TMKs work so well.

I tried to upload a vid but couldn't do it. It is of a 175 tmk out of a RUM .300 @3250 fps @50 yards on a #10 tin of tomato's that were out of date. It rained red shit for like 5 minutes it seemed!!
