3 in 1 jackets

Can someone recommend a 3 in 1 jacket or rain jacket that is wind/waterproof, pit zips, a hood that allows peripheral vision and is longer length. I do not want to spend a ton on it since it is for work on and around trains. It will be used from fall to spring, no matter the weather or temp. I am going to order an LPP this weekend for the severe cold days. TIA.

Surplus APECS jacket for the Air Force. It's just the shell but you can purchase the fleece also. I used this combo for an Idaho deer hunt this year and was happy with it.
