26 Nosler rifle thoughts?

3300 range if I remember correctly. I'd have to look. Figured my drops, tested them, and forgot about it. That's a 26" 1:8

You might as well shoot that barrel out since you've already paid for it.

The 156 grain Berger Elite Hunter at a Hodgdon recommended starting load of 2890fps will do anything you want it to. It will stabilize with a twist of 1:8 or faster.

Hodgdon recommends US869, H50BMG, and Retumbo.

Thanks for the info. When I had the rifle built the 156 didn’t exist. Now that it’s available I’ll definitely try some loads for it. If the 26 Nosler don’t like then I’ll work up a load for my 6.5 PRC with the 156’s.
