I certainly hope not, since I am awaiting their arrival at my house in the next couple of days.

That’s not to suggest that there is anything shady here. Chef just forgot to mark it as “SPF.”

Since chef still hasn’t closed this out by switching the prefix to sold, I will say that these bullets arrived promptly, well-packaged, and as advertised. No issues at all!
