WTB 25-284 Reamer, dies and 25 cal barrel

Looking for a 25-284 reamer for 131-135gr high bc bullets 131-145 freebore for lapua brass, and dies. Maybe a blackjack reamer? Pm me if you have anything I might be interested in.

Based on my research you will want a 7.5 twist for the 25-284. Most smiths I’ve talked to say that is the better route.

Good luck, I plan to build one of these at some point but have two other builds to finish.

Yeah that’s my top pick unless I wanted to try an odd ball higher bc bullet so that’s why I was interested in a 7 twist as well. Thank you

Just talked to a guy who had PBB do his 25-284. They used a BJ spec reamer but I understand if you want a specific smith to do it as well.

There are a couple outfits in Montana that rent reamers at a fraction of the cost of a new one. I’m sure they would be able to help you. Last time I called a reamers was like 40-50 to rent for 7 days in your hands. Just a thought.
