22cm or 25 cm

ok, just looking for opinions on which you would choose and why. I am thinking of changing my 6mm rem to something different and have narrowed it down to these 2 cartridges. what say you?

I would go with the .22 Creed myself. In fact, that is next on my build list.

Main reason is availability and variety of bullets to use. You can scream it with 55s or go up to 88s. I just don't see the same variety with .25 cal bullets.

I enjoy my 25cm…I also want a 22cm. Pretty close ballistics wise. Basically 3 bullet options for the .257, quite a few more in .224. It’s nice not worrying much about barrel life with the 25cm, depends on how much you shoot and how big of a hassle rebarreling is for you

I really like my 6mm. Is yours shot out or are you just looking for something different? I do like 25’s though and have had a 257 Ackley.
Haven't had any experience with the 25cm sounds interesting.

my 6mm is still good, just looking for something new. the 25 cm does seem interesting plus I currently don't have any 25's. only problem is lack of choices in every aspect, and I can't see where it would do anything better over what I have in the safe.
the 22 cm offers an advantage over my 22-250 with using heavies, and over my 223 all around. I do plan on this being a hunting rifle so in that respect it probably doesn't matter, guess I was just looking for that push or more logical reasoning. sometimes having the ability to do your own stuff isn't always a good thing lol.

My 22cm is my favorite gun to shoot! She's a chunky gal tho. So I'd like to do a Tikka in a 20" , 22 or maybe 6 Creed. Also have a 18" Tikka 6.5 and its nice and handy and accurate, but just so slowwww.
The 24" 22cm is squirting the 88eld at 3200-3300 depending on load. Alpha large primer brass. Either h4831 or n565.
