.223 for bear, mountain goat, deer, elk, and moose.

Anyone loading 80 grain eldx's? Bought a box for the 22 Creed and the current barrel hates them.

Thought about loading some tests to see how the Rokslide trainer likes them.

My go to is a max load of n140 and tmks. But I love to tinker.

The only way I could get them to shoot decent in the trainer was loading them long which is not an issue if your magazine allows for that but they never did as well as the 75BTHP, 77 AM, 77 TMK or 80.5FB.

It’s tough not having the access to good ammo like they have in the states.

I’ve had great luck with the Hornady 73g eldm’s, but at 2.50$ a shot it’s tough.

I didn’t know PMC had a 77g I’ll have to look into that.

I shoot ELDm’s out of my 6.5CM, but wanted the .223 because it’s just too damn expensive to get in a lot of rounds down range.

I found firearmsoutletcanada and g4Cgunstore had the best selection of .223 ammo.
