Shot one this fall with ruger american ranch and 73 eldm. Not a giant but a bull moose all the same! Didn't go more than 5 ft before it dropped.I just actually realized this thread has moose in the title. Has anyone actually killed a moose with .223? Too many pages to re-read.
Yeah in the back order queueI’ve had nothing but good dealing with them too so that’s a bummer, did they put you on a backorder or cancel your order? Another option if they cancelled your order.
I’d call to cancel and order from Lanbo’s. They’re cheaper there tooYeah in the back order queue
Never heard of it. Pm sentI’d call to cancel and order from Lanbo’s. They’re cheaper there too

BOOO!
I'm going to the post office tomorrow to start a fight. Insured or not, they'd literally irreplaceable.
Fall of ‘22 I broke both shoulders of an immature bull (2 point) with a 223AI and an 88 ELD m.I just actually realized this thread has moose in the title. Has anyone actually killed a moose with .223? Too many pages to re-read.
Yes they’re gtg I’ve ordered a few times nowDo folks here have good experiences ordering from Lanbo’s? They’re verified, good to deal with?
What are you using to film?77TMK last evening. 195 yards.
Probably a video recorder of some sort. What are you using to film?
There is a guy in this thread that is shooting them out of a 1:9 but generally 1:8 is the minimum. If you already had a 1:9 and wanted to try them I’d say go for it but I don’t think I would buy a rifle knowing it has the slower twist rate. YmmvAt risk of them instantly being sold out, would a 1:9 twist Steyr Pro Hunter 2 be an adequate twist rate for the 77TMK? They are on clearance right now.
Yeah that looks neat! How much weight does it add to the rifle? How does it not affect position, sight picture, etc? What are you using to film?
