.22 wmr and ammo for pelts

I've used the 40 grn CCI high velocity loads for grey fox out to 120 yards. Fur damage was very minimal and it kills them dead. Furthest I've shot a coyote with the same was about 70 yards and he carried it for about a 50 yard death run. I've used it at night for bobcats most were inside of 50 yards and headshot drt. I prefer either 204 or 22-250 for my daytime calling gun. Coyotes are tougher than most people give em credit for.
