22 creedmoor prefit Barrel and brass

I’m ordering a 22 creedmoor 1:7 twist 24” barrel for a coyote gun, originally I was going to get a 1:8 medium Palma but got talked into a 1:7 heavy Palma. I’d like to shoot 75-95 gr, and I’ll be packing it. Does anyone have any experience with the two different twist, and the heavy Palma vs medium. I thought my rem vls barrel was about right but couldn’t get it in that profile.
Am I better off with ADG brass or necking down Lapua 6 creed.
