22 Cal 80 gr ELD-X - anybody with experience? Recommended twist rate?

Anybody have experience with these in a 223 bolt or AR?

Can you load them to mag length in an AR?

Would 1:8 twist be good enough for these?

They very recently released these so it's unlikely people have much experience with them.

They won't fit in an AR at mag length.

Yes 1:8 will work
