22 ARC barrel life

I haven’t seen a thread here on this, but if I missed it, feel free to point me to it.

Curious if anyone knows approximate barrel life on a 22 ARC bolt gun? I would figure it lasts longer than a 22-250. I currently run a 223 for a high volume trainer, but wonder if when I rebarrel, a 22 ARC might be feasible. Not as hot as a Creed, and not near the barrel life of a 223, but fairly better ballistics than the 223.

Episode 160 of the Hornady Podcast gives the barrel life rundown for a sh!t ton of calibers/cartridges at low, medium, and hot loadings. 22 ARC is included but I dont recall the numbers off hand.

I would assume and have seen reports of 2500-3500 depending on powder(s) used, time to cool between shots, etc. and what a person considers "shot out". 6 ARC reports are ~3500, 22-250/22 Creed ~1500-2000 but possibly as low as 1000.
