I have searched this and can't seem to find any load data for the combination of 88 ELD-Ms in a 22-250 other than RL-17, RL-16 and another RL that I don't recall. If one didn't know better, one would assume Alliant closed their doors. So, I thought I would start a thread with load recommendations for non-Alliant powders in a) 22-250 and, with, b) 88 ELD-Ms. Heck, even Hornady's newest update of their app doesn't even provide load data for the 88 in a 22-250.

I use an android. I have heard of Apple removing firearms related apps from the app store.

I have had really good luck with RL 22 and the 88eldm in a 7 twist.

Any luck with this?
I have H4350 which looks viable.
Good bit of Varget too

Varget is too fast for the 88s. Look at the posted Sierra app - H4350 would be ok, but I’d be looking at H4831, H1000, etc.

Still have Hornady and Vihtavuori apps; don’t know why they’d pick on Sierra. I thought Sierra removed it
Still have the Sierra app on my iPhone. My understanding is that they discontinued it. It’s survived a few phone transfers since then and I still use it all the time. Not sure why it would disappear on yours

Gone from my iPhone...found it on my iPad.

Can't load it back onto my iPhone. Weird

36 grains of 4831sc was my most accurate load right at 2932 fps. 34.5 grains of H4350 was also good, and about 20 fps average faster. My 4831sc load was my most accurate though. There were a couple of others; but, the 4831sc worked great and I stuck there. These were fired in a Tikka T3X Lite with a 1 in 8 twist.

Here were my results with group sizes:
H4350
34.5 grains - .656
35.0 grains - .951

H4831sc
36.0 grains - .618
36.5 grains - .991
37.0 grains - 1.104

Heck yeah. Thanks!

I have 1k 75gr Hornady black tips that my .223 didn't love, need to dig around and see if I can find something similar. From the Sierra app, Varget kinda looks viable

Sounds like a winner.
