I stand corrected, Card was hit 7 minutes ago.
I have seen a cpl reports of obvious 100% odds hunts that were not drawn so perhaps an issue at the dept and delayed processing.

I just got hit for my apps and wasn’t expecting it (10-15% random odds)

These damn internet software draw systems. I used to draw every 2-3 years submitting, mailing a paper form application.
