2025 TBAC Sound Summit

Wow. Maybe I missed it in previous editions, but seems they looked at various barrel lengths (only a few) but a bunch of different cartridges this time.

IMO a bunch of like to see on there missing, but still awesome.

Edit: kinda cool to see banish backcountry on there. It held its own right between ultra 5 and 7 on most cartridges. Maybe a good buy for the ultra light/short folks.

Looks like they tested all the 30 cal cans on a 300wm this year vs just 308 which is awesome!

Edit: after looking, little bummed that it's lacking a lot of the common "hunting" cans of prior years. No Nomads, Liberty precision, SiCo Omega, shorter hydrogens, raptor, etc.

Yeah, I know they have a lot of tests to run, but it's definitely nice to see more common ones in there to provide a reference point.

PTV vent 1 and CAT JL for big cans are new to the summit i guess and nice to see.

WTF is G3 defense. Google search yields nothin. That mk7 can performed very well at a lighter weight and shorter length.
