Only down side i can see is that it doesn't directly fund sheep conversation

Other downside would be that massive tax bill, unfortunately you’ll owe taxes on this if won.

They’re covering the sales tax, not the tax associated with winning a $355k hunt. They have openly discussed the winner needing to get with a cpa. You will pay taxes on the fair market value of these hunts. It’s just like gambling winnings being taxed as income. If you don’t think I’m right, give them a call

Did t say it was an issue for me, or that I wouldn’t be participating. I was merely stating that the very large tax bill that would be owed on this is something that needs to be considered. It’s going to be close to $100k in taxes, depending on what state the winner resides in.
If I won’t I’d probably sell off the stone or dall sheep and pay the rest of the taxes out of my pocket

I’m good with that all day and everyday. And tax bill wouldn’t be all at once, Love no state income tax
 
100 grand in taxes! Damn! Sheep hunting has become a rich mans game, even if you win the hunt!
