Thanks so much man. I’m actually thinking of writing up a longer post on this experience because this was the second time I hunted this unit. It was unforgiving shale purgatory; but I wouldn’t trade the whole experience.

At least the 12th ram (10+ Bighorns, & this was the 2nd+ Stone) taken with this rifle across 4 generations.

The boss filled her Chugach tag with a nice old 11, maybe 12-year-old ram. She has some unreal luck, her second Chugach ram in three years.

Went for sheep opener this year here in Alberta (Last year I hunted in October. ) Solo backpack hunt. On day 6 I got this guy. My first bighorn, 4/5 curl OTC tag. 92km packout. This girl needs to get in better shape before the next one. Lol Had to make it two loads as I couldnt carry camp and sheep together, +25C to +34C temps lack of water... Fueled by adrenaline lol super stoked!! P.s he is delicious
