My prediction is that elk apps fluctuate 1-3% up or down exactly the same as they have the last 4 years.

It’s coming. They tried to cut the two NR sheep(one desert one rocky) tags a few years back, even though NR paid for 98% of all the sheep conservation efforts.

We will eventually price each other out of hunting and divided we will all fall.
