What a great memory you made with your father and son! I’ve been almost exclusively hunting from a canoe/kayak since I got out of the Marine Corps in 2019. It’s just about ruined all other forms of hunting for me. You simply can’t beat it when it comes to sound and scent control. No leaves to crunch, sticks to snap and let the wind dictate which side of the water you hunt. Here’s a picture of my first canoe buck. 197lb 9pt.
